Claude Launchpad — two days, built around one question

What does your team need to leave with, ready to actually use? Launchpad runs in three phases blending self-paced learning and live sessions — short pre-work modules before each day (about 2.5 hours in total), then two live, hands-on days led by our Certified Claude Architects. You leave demo-ready — with a working prototype on your own data and a business case your leadership can act on.

Pre-work & intake

Your team completes short modules before each live day, so day one starts hands-on rather than with a lecture. We run an intake survey to map your systems, data and constraints in advance.

Day 1 Technical

Hands-on from hour one

Your engineers build against the Claude API, Agent SDK and a custom MCP server wired to one of your real systems. By the end of the day there is something running, not a slide about it.

Day 2 Commercial + technical

Both perspectives, one room

Engineering and business sit together: use-case prioritisation, rollout and enablement plan, cost and latency envelope, governance. You leave with a scoped roadmap, not a wish list.

Who should attend Claude Launchpad?+
Two to eight people, deliberately mixed: the engineers who will own the integration, plus the product or business owner who decides what gets built. Day two only works with both in the room.
What does a Certified Claude Architect do on my project?+
They own the AI architecture: model and context strategy, tool and MCP design, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and cost/latency budgets — then stay with the product through deployment and iteration alongside the mobile, web and backend teams.
How does the partnership benefit us as a client?+
