Claude Commerce Agents · Holiday season
A shopping agent that helps customers find and choose, a merchant agent that helps your team run the store, and a Shopify app that connects both — built on Anthropic's open commerce-agents blueprint and running on your own Anthropic account.
Talk to us about your store How it worksQuick facts. Three pieces: Maya for Claude (shopping agent), Studio (merchant agent) and a Shopify app. Built on Anthropic's open-source commerce-agents blueprint. Runs on your own Anthropic account — your usage, your data, your keys. MSApps is Certified in the Claude Partner Network.
The weeks before the holidays are when a store gets the most questions, the most gift-hunters who do not know what they want, and the least time to answer. A shopping agent that knows the catalogue can answer at any hour, and a merchant agent can take the repetitive store work off the team while they are busiest. Getting it live and tested before the rush is the point of starting early.
A conversational assistant on your storefront. It helps customers describe what they are after, narrows the catalogue, compares options and answers product questions from your real catalogue. Checkout stays in your store's own checkout.
An operator-facing assistant for your team. It reads the store, drafts changes such as product copy and catalogue updates, and keeps them staged until a person approves them.
A Shopify app that connects both agents to your store: catalogue access for the shopping agent, admin access for the merchant agent, installed and configured by us.
The agents call Claude through an Anthropic account that belongs to you. Usage is visible in your own console, and no one has to resell you access.
Anthropic published an open-source commerce-agents blueprint with reference implementations of a shopping agent and a merchant agent, and Shopify published example code that runs it against a real store. We start from that open foundation rather than a black box, then adapt it to your catalogue, tone and workflows, and wire in the safeguards you need. You can read the code that runs on your store.
The shopping agent hands off to your existing checkout; it does not take card details.
The merchant agent proposes; your team approves before anything changes in the store.
We test against your catalogue before launch and hand over documentation, so your team is not left guessing.
Yours. The agents use an Anthropic account that your company owns, so usage and billing sit with you directly.
The app is for Shopify stores. If you run another platform, contact us and we will tell you what the blueprint supports.
That depends on your catalogue and start date. The earlier you start, the more time there is to test, so contact us soon with your timeline.
No. Checkout stays in your store, and merchant-agent changes wait for a person's approval.
Tell us about your store and your timeline, and we will come back with a plan.
