Keeping that promise takes three products moving together — a driver app, a dispatcher side and DriverBot on the WhatsApp side — and a steady delivery pace across all three.

What MSApps built

✓A driver app built for the road: OTP sign-in, background location, and push notifications with action buttons.

✓A dispatcher side with a direct line: dispatcher screens plus a ride chat between driver and dispatcher, so a ride is discussed on the ride itself instead of in a group thread.

✓A community around the product: a driver forum, a customer-service system and a training centre with 13 videos.

✓Security, kept current: hardening such as JWT-signature verification and credential rotation.

The outcome

60% less delivery time against the original estimates, with Claude in the delivery flow.

More than 80 tickets shipped between March and September 2026 — driver app, dispatcher side, chat, forum, support and training.
