The challenge

SmartLink wanted to develop a set of new features quickly. Estimated first, that work came back at five to seven weeks.

That is the shape of the problem AutoPilot is built for: more delivery in front of a team than calendar time to spend on it.

How AutoPilot works

The team's own board stays the source of truth. AutoPilot picks work up from the tickets a team already writes — there is no new process to move to in order to get the speed.

Agents carry each ticket end to end: implementation, its own pull request, then through code review, QA and deploy — one ticket, one change, one reviewable diff.

Human gates stay in place. Review, QA and production sign-off remain lanes a person owns. Supervision is the point of the method, and it is what makes the speed safe to accept.

Parallelism a single team cannot buy. Independent tickets progress at the same time instead of queueing behind one another.
